Liveinportugal is housed at cgd.pt and managed by Caixa Geral de Depósitos, S.A.. The information on its products and services does not, however, constitute a contractual proposal nor pre-contractual information, with the general conditions attached to these products and services being governed by a separate document.
In addition to information on Caixa Geral de Depósitos and its products and services for non-residents, Liveinportugal also supplies various other items of legal and fiscal information as well as information on properties owned by Caixa Imobiliário SA, a company of CGD Group.
The information on properties provided by CGD or Caixa Imobiliário SA, directly or posted in the website Empreendimentos.com.pt does not constitute advice or recommendation on purchases, sales or contracts. All the information therein provided, including prices and details, is subject to modification without previous warning. Images, including sketches and photos, may not correspond to the details provided.
The website Empreendimentos.com.pt includes information on real estate negotiated by Caixa Imobiliário SA and by other real estate agencies active in Portuguese market.
Caixa Geral de Depósitos declines any responsibility for information errors contained on the websites www.caixaimobiliario.pt or Empreendimentos.com.pt.
While housed at cgd.pt, liveinportugal.pt is also under the digital certificate of cgd.pt using state-of-the-art encryption technology to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmissions between a customer’s computer and cgd.pt. Communications are protected by the use of 128-bit SSL encryption or higher. This means that the information being transmitted between a customer’s computer and liveinportugal.pt is in an unreadable, secure, confidential format.
