To help you, Caixa offers you the Investor Profile Questionnaire, a diagnostic tool that you can fill in at the Caixadirecta service or at a branch.

By answering simple questions, you will be able to assess:

Your knowledge and experience in financial instruments;
And your risk tolerance.

Investor Profiles

Prudent:
Shows concern with the preservation of capital;

Balanced:
Looks for returns slightly higher than risk-free interest rates and is willing to accept small capital losses;

Dynamic:
Looks for returns higher than risk-free interest rates and is willing to accept moderate capital losses;

Bold:
Looks for returns significantly higher than risk-free interest rates and is willing to accept high capital losses.

This questionnaire is valid for five years and should be updated whenever there are significant changes to the information provided.

What if I don't answer the Investor Profile Questionnaire?

You should bear in mind that, in this way, Caixa will not be able to present you with the most suitable products for your profile.

If Caixa knows your profile, it's easier to identify investment solutions that meet your needs and outline your investment strategy, i.e. how you can allocate investments according to your needs and objectives.
