Caixa Social Awards

Caixa Social Awards is an initiative carried out by Caixa Geral de Depósitos with the aim to provide financial support to third sector entities, rewarding the efforts and added value generated by the people involved.

Caixa Social Awards allows CGD to promote its socioeconomic project, in line with its strategic challenges, and takes on the commitment of catering to our customers, to families, the corporate sector and the country’s economy.

These awards aim to respond to social problems and fight poverty and social exclusion through economic development and innovation, promoting initiatives deployed by third-sector entities, namely private charities, non-governmental entities (NGOs and ENGOs), and other non-profit organizations.
